2. What data we process
When you contact us using the form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide:
- name, company or housing company and contact details (phone, email)
- site location, schedule and other details of the quote request
- the content of your message and any attachments, such as drawings and photos
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and manage customer relationships. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest and preparing a contract.
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, quote or customer relationship, and for the period required by accounting and other legislation.
5. Disclosure of data
We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed in the systems of our service providers (e.g. email and website services). Messages sent via the form may be checked by automated spam protection.
6. Cookies and third-party services
The site does not use its own tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services may process technical information from your browser, such as your IP address.
7. Job applications
When you apply for a job with us using the recruitment form or by email, we process the information in your application: contact details, position applied for, work experience, education, qualifications and cards, language skills and attachments such as your CV, photo and certificates. We use the data only for recruitment. The legal basis for processing is your consent and preparing an employment contract. We keep applications for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted unless otherwise agreed. Applications are handled only by the people involved in recruitment, and we do not disclose them to third parties.
8. Your rights
