Reinforcement of foundations, slabs, floors and walls according to the drawings.
Formworkers and carpenters
Footings, walls, beams, slab formwork and propping.
Concrete workers
Pours, grouting of precast elements, floating and curing.
Diamond drillers and sawyers
Core drilling, stitch drilling and wall and floor sawing.
Floor and screed workers
Screed work, floor levelling, smoothing and sloped floors.
Concrete finishers
Chipping, grinding and patching – finishing the concrete frame ready for skim coating and painting.
Tilers and wet-room installers
Waterproofing, tiling and grouting for bathrooms.
Bricklayers and construction labourers
Block, Kahi and brick masonry and general site work.
Carpenters
Carpentry, decks, framing, trims and cladding.
Painters and plasterers
Skim coating, fine filling, painting and rendering of walls and ceilings.
Plasterboard and partition wall installers
Stud partition walls, plasterboard, suspended ceilings and boxing-in.
Site supervisors
Site management, schedules, quality and occupational safety.
From applicants
What we expect
- Skills and experience in your own trade
- Responsibility, care and punctuality
- Commitment to occupational safety – a valid Finnish occupational safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti)
- Training in the field or equivalent skills
- Valtti card and the necessary qualifications (e.g. hot work licence)
- Good teamwork skills and tidy workmanship
- Finnish or English language skills
- A driving licence and willingness to travel to sites are an advantage
